This beautiful piece features the iconic "Derby Posies" pattern, showcasing a bright, romantic cluster of cottage garden flowers highlighted by a vivid pink rose and soft yellow blossoms.
The dish is beautifully shaped with elegant scalloped, wavy sides and a rich gold gilded trim along the rim. Authentic green back stamp on the base dates this exact piece to 1964.
This piece is in good vintage condition. There are no chips or cracks. The gold gilding remains wonderfully bright and intact with no rubbing. Please note there is an area of fine glaze crazing on the underside base of the dish beneath the stamp, as shown in the close-up photos. This is purely cosmetic and does not affect its use as a beautiful jewellery or pin dish.
